Washi and XPan
Washi – A film made from paper that brings a textured look to the images. It is produced by one of the smallest photographic film companies. I loaded the film into my Hasselblad XPan, intending to make images in one go. I’m still not entirely sure if I prefer it over rather Tri-X.
The negatives are easy to handle in the darkroom, one problem is that they tend to curl, but with the pix-latr it was not impossible to lie them flat to scan them with my camera – the scanned results look fine.
