To throw or to hug - that's the question

Cross Fit fever and exceptional performance at the 15.3 challenge part in Hanoi. The things to do for this round are: 

Completing as many rounds and reps as possible time limit 14 minutes. The reps as follows:

    7 muscle-ups
  50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders

Men 20-lb. ball to 10 feet, Women 14-lb. ball to 9 feet

There are certainly different ways to start at this challenge. One to take it laughing.

the other is taking it already with trepidation and a certain feeling what is coming in mind.

there are some things you need a certain limit and anther gadget which after a while you don't know if you just should hug it and never let go or just throw it away. The limit of the torture chamber and the instruments are here:

Rope skipping seems to be just fun but the wall ball shots certainly tests the limit of everyone taking part in this exercise. All the athletes gave there best but in between you certainly will get the feeling to just hug this ball and never let it go.

After 14 exhausting minutes you like everyone, apart from earlier feelings and impressions that it might never end, find the joy to have passed this challenge as best as you could and at the same time have surpassed your own borders in fitness. It's fun to capture the joy on the faces after the athletes have finished.
