Mikiko Kawamura is an emerging artist who happened to have a great dance choreographed at the New Choreographer Division of the Yokohama Dance Collection 2011 and won the Outstanding New Artist Prize.

She is now for the first time at the invitation of the Japan Foundation participating at the European Contemporary Dance Festival in Hanoi. The young choreographer divides the stage into nine squares, each with a different musical theme. It is like “stepping on the perceptions”, according to the artist’s statement.
